I have founded two NGOs dedicated to enhancing mothers’ mental health and advancing sustainability education to foster meaningful behavioural change.

Impact is not just about numbers; it’s about creating genuine value with like-minded communities.

Mama on Palette

I founded Mama on Palette, Singapore’s first community for mothers who love art, with the purpose of raising awareness of maternal mental wellness and supporting healing through creative practice. What began as a small grassroots effort has since grown into a community of over 300 members, and continues to expand through collaborations with government agencies, nonprofits, schools, and private institutions to design and deliver art-based programmes for mothers. The initiative has been featured across DW International, Channel NewsAsia, The Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao, Channel 8, and Capital 958, and was recognised as a leading ground-up movement by the Singapore Kindness Movement.

At The Sustainable School (TSS), I lead an applied education initiative that helps children and families translate sustainability learning into everyday behaviour. Rooted in my background as a science communicator, educator, and sustainability researcher, TSS sits at the intersection of strategic communication, pedagogical innovation, and creative storytelling.

Our mission goes beyond the screen or classroom. It’s rooted in a vision of a more equitable world, where every child has the chance to build the confidence, critical thinking and curiosity to shape a better future. We collaborate with nonprofits, neighbourhood groups, and community organisations to bring hands-on learning to those who need it most.

I’ve worked with many amazing partners
